The Customers section maintains all the details you need to keep track of who owes you money, who's spending the most and much more. Like all the sections in Businessware it is easy to operate and provides all the features you need. Linked directly to the invoice module you can maintain a detailed record of who has bought what when and how many.
Using the Customers window all the options you need are available from the tool bar, whether you're adding new customers, searching, entering transactions, making enquiries or printing reports. You can also email your customers whether to send them sales messages or their monthly statements.
All reports are available in the form of easy to create enquiries providing a great deal of control over your information. Reports such as Aged Debtors, Transaction Histories, Daybooks and Turnover Analysis are available instantly.
The wealth of information held by the system is available in the reports designer, if the standard reports won't quite answer all your questions you can simply create all the add-hoc reports you need.
Full drill-down facilities to each transaction is available so you can analyse every detail of your customer information with a couple of mouse clicks. Drill-across enables you to view related transactions so, for example, you can view which invoices a payment is allocated against and then drill into those allocated invoices.
Invoices can be marked as being on query and differing payment terms can be assigned to each transaction.
To make your information a little more interesting there are a variety of informative graphs which can be viewed, printed, emailed & exported to other software. You can even drill-down into your graphs for greater detail.
Your customer statements can be designed and formatted to exactly how you require using the unique Document Designer included with the system. Printing mailing labels has never been easier or more flexible, with a choice of over 50 Avery standard formats to select from.
All information can be instantly exported into Excel format to be manipulated in MS-Excel or used as the basis for a mail merge in MS-Word. Use the powerful filter option to include only the customers you require and the rest is done for you.
Automated transactions include invoices, credit notes, payments and refunds. You can amend and undo a transaction if you make a mistake, at any time and in whatever period! (password protected of course). Of course all transactions immediately update the Financials and Bank sections.
